How we do it:

29 Education, Health and Safety Net partners host Financial Education classes taught by credentialed Income partners. Financial Education classes are available for parents and children.

Income partners help with financial planning tools like:

  • Live on a budget
  • Open savings accounts
  • Improve job credentials that increase family income
  • Improve credit scores
  • Manage debt

What does it mean to you?

People who are financially stable have less stress, fewer health and domestic problems, and are less likely to need emergency social services. By driving lasting change, we're working together to create a more stable community for everyone and that is a benefit for all of us.

Our Impact: 12% of low income families in Polk County achieved $300 in savings through financial education
