Financial Services Capacity Contract Available

REQUEST FOR BIDS TO PROVIDE
CREDIT COUNSELING PREPARATION and TRAINING SERVICES
TO THE UNITED WAY OF CENTRAL FLORIDA FINANCIAL STABILITY PARTNERSHIP
Bids should be received at firstname.lastname@example.org before the close of business Sept 5th, 2012. It is anticipated a contract for services will be agreed to and signed by September 14th after a decision by a panel of United Way volunteers. Contract Amount: Bids should be submitted in the range of $30,000 to $40,000 for the delivery of services provided in accordance with the terms described in this proposal.
Proposed Period of Performance: This Service agreement includes 9 months between September 15, 2012 and May 29, 2012. 2 equal payments will be made by United Way of Central Florida on September 14, 2012 and May 29,2013.
Services Provided will be:
1) Capacity analysis and training for delivery of financial education and credit counseling services at two United Way non-profit partner agencies: one denoted for service delivery in east Polk County and the other denoted for service delivery in west Polk County. Analysis of the current delivery capacity of the two named agencies will be made with a final report expensing and detailing what the two United Way partners need to do to: 1) Effectively deliver uniform financial services area-wide; and 2) Provide train-the-trainer services to other members of the United Way Financial Stability Partnership. The report should include details of the actions taken to
2) Training and coaching United Way family service providers in marketing and building program participation in financial education, BankOn Central Florida, money coach and credit services. A report of these activities should be included in the mid/year and final report.
A mid-year report of capacity building and marketing training is required January 15th and a final report due May 29th to include counts of increased individual attendance and credentials from 2011-12 to 2012-13 at financial education classes, BankOn, money coach and credit services by United Way service providers. The attached chart provides a suggested format to provide the detail of the required reports.
